Scooter’s 1006th bar, first visited in 2013.
This is a narrow little dive bar right in the middle of Bernie’s downtown district. It has entrances in the front & back — street parking in the front and a small lot in the rear.
There’s a very small deep fryer behind the bar, so fried appetizers are apparently available. I didn’t notice a pool table, but there were quite a few people in here so it’s possible I missed it if there is one.
The bartender was very nice and I liked this place quite a bit, but the man sitting to my right wouldn’t stop talking about “big [n-word] lips” and it was making me uncomfortable enough that I finished my beer quickly and moved on.
