Scooter’s 1551st bar, first visited in 2022.
Our next plan was to head to the East Sixth Street bar district, but we hadn’t had a meal yet and were unsure which bars (if any) that we were heading to might have food. So we decided to take an out-of-the-way Uber detour to a brewery that we knew to have good food from multiple recommendations.
This was a bit confusing at our arrival, because the place we got dropped off looked nothing like the pictures we’d seen and had a different name. It turns out there are multiple businesses here sharing the same outdoor common area.
I had a chicken sandwich and the Ripcord (IPA).
(I can’t figure out what neighborhood to classify this as. It seems to be outside of Downtown, and the closest matches for neighborhoods seem to be Clarksville or Old West Austin but Google disagrees.)
