Scooter’s 991st bar, first visited in 2013.
I first tried to go here during a visit back in 2009, but arrived in Nebraska City too early to find this one open that day. Today I was finally able to nab it.
Out front is a small shaded outdoor seating area. Inside, two long bars down the center face each other, with a fish tank-in-between. There’s a claw machine, Golden Tee, shuffleboard, and pool tables.
A poker run was arriving as we were leaving, we weren’t sure of it was the same group we saw earlier in Iowa or not.
