Scooter’s 827th bar, first visited in 2010.
This is a pretty big bar. There’s a large front room that’s the “face” of the establishment. There’s an even larger back room with pool tables and a stage area. Back in the corner is a smaller room, somewhat isolated, where all the video slots/poker machines are located.
The actual bar is centralized and configured in such a way that the bartender can serve all three rooms simultaneously.
The movie “Knocked Up” was playing, so we stayed a little longer watching the flick with the other customers.
As we were leaving, I got busted taking pictures of the place by the owner. I rarely get caught when I’m being discrete, but this made twice so far just today. Damn. She seemed nervous about it but since I was leaving I just said “Hi”, smiled, and ducked out.
