Scooter’s 423rd bar, first visited in 2008.
Boomers is located right in the heart of downtown Purcell. It’s slightly larger than most small town bars and a little cleaner than many I’ve been in too.
The bar sometimes hosts live bands, though there wasn’t anything like that going on while I was there. It was a mix of mostly older folk and a few younger folk. Our bartender took time to converse with us despite being fairly busy.
Overall, a good but typical small town bar.
